When placing an order, consider providing an address with secure receiving capabilities such as a PO Box, place of work, or reception desk.

Shipments from the United States

Brown Paper Tickets is not responsible for any orders lost by the courier or stolen once successfully delivered by the courier.

Tracking information is provided from Stamps.com or FedEx to the email associated with the order when the shipping label is created.

Brown Paper Tickets offers guaranteed delivery with required signature through FedEx at an additional cost. For shipping quotes or questions about this method of delivery, email . For the most accurate pricing, please include in your message the desired number of tickets for the order and the full address of where it will be shipped. Please be advised that FedEx does not offer delivery to USPS PO Boxes.

If a package arrives damaged, you may contact us for further assistance via email at  with a description of the condition in which the tickets arrived and photos if possible so that we may better document the case.

Shipments from the United Kingdom

Tickets are sent via Royal Mail and tracking information is provided when your order is posted so you can track its progress on the Royal Mail's website.
