Attendee names are collected in a report we refer to as the Attendee List or Door List for your event. For easy check-in, the Door List includes the First Name, Last Name, Price Level, and Value Paid for each registered attendee. If your event has assigned seating, the Door List will also display individual seat assignments.
To ensure accuracy, the Attendee/Door List should not be printed before the sales have ended for an event as it is updated in real time.
An email with a link to download or print your final sales list will be emailed about 10 minutes after your online sales end. You may also log in at any time to review the latest information.

How To Read Your Door List
Your Door List reflects both ticket buyers' and attendees' names, and is organized by delivery method. If the buyer and attendee names are identical, only one entry will be present.

Ticket Buyers
A ticket buyer's name on the Door List will be the one provided in the order's billing information. If they choose a different name for their tickets, even if slightly different, the system recognizes this as a new attendee name. If a buyer has no tickets reserved under their billing name, there will be an N/A in the quantity field. The preview online will indicate these non-ticket holders with a light red tone, and "Reserved as" with the attendee's name. Once printed, the buyer's name will have a strikethrough.
Attendees
Attendees appear in a white or grey bar in the online preview, and have a ticket quantity representing how many tickets they have. They will also have a "Reserved by" indicator with the name of the purchaser.
