Locate or Track a Pre-Printed Ticket Order

Looking for information about a bulk ticket order that you placed for general admission tickets?  It's easy if you logged in to a Brown Paper Tickets account while completing the purchase.

How to View A Pre-Printed Ticket Order in Your Account

1. Log into your Brown Paper Tickets account
2. From the Box Office menu, select Buy Pre-Printed Tickets.  Scroll down to view:
   1. Pending Bulk Orders
      1. Pre-printed tickets ordered online will not be printed for 90 minutes,  allowing time to make changes to an order if needed.
      2. Click Edit Order to the right of a Pending Bulk Order to make changes
   2. Filled Bulk Orders
      1. Once an order has been printed, it is displayed under Filled Bulk Orders. From here you can view the order details or even print more tickets from a previous order (so you don't have to rebuild the ticket layout from scratch)
      2. Click View Status to the right of an order to view the ticket layout or email yourself a new receipt for the purchase
      3. Click Order More to the right to order more tickets using the same ticket layout

How to Track a Pre-Printed Order Without Logging in

1. Visit the Buy Pre-Printed Tickets section of our website
2. In the top right corner, under Track A Bulk Order, enter the confirmation number from your order confirmation email
3. Click Find Tickets
4. Enter the last 4 digits of the credit card used to place the order when prompted
