Create Agent Accounts

Agent accounts come in handy for granting some permissions without handing over access to the whole account.

How to Create an Agent Account

1. Log in to your Brown Paper Tickets account
2. Under the Agents menu, select Create Agent
3. Create a User Name & Password
4. Customize the functions you wish to give the agent 
   • By default, all accounts are able to scan tickets with the mobile scanning app.
5. Click Create Agent
   • Changes can be made to agent accounts at any time under the Agents menu's View/Edit Agents option
