Need to make a change to tickets you recorded? Easy peasy. Just follow these steps to find previously recorded orders and make changes.
How To Review Recorded Tickets
- Log in to your Brown Paper Tickets account.
- From the Box Office menu, select View Recorded Tickets
- Filter by customer or event name using the top search bar or scroll to the bottom to page through records by their recorded date.
- The list can also be sorted by Event Name, Event Date, Buyer Name or Account that recorded the tickets by clicking on the corresponding blue column header.
- Click View to the left of a record to see the confirmation screen in real-time.
- Depending on time frame, you may have the option to adjust the email address, re-send the receipt, etc, from the confirmation screen. If you can't access what you wish to change, you might need to delete and re-record the order or contact us for assistance.
- Click Delete to the far right of a record to cancel.
- A shaded "NOTICE" box will confirm: "The box office transaction has been deleted."
- Repeat steps to delete more tickets as needed.
- Filter by customer or event name using the top search bar or scroll to the bottom to page through records by their recorded date.
