Review or Change Your Box Office Printer Settings

  1. Log in to your Brown Paper Tickets account
  2. From the Account menu, select Account Settings
  3. Under Account Defaults locate Default Printer
  4. From the drop down menu, select the appropriate printer type

    OPTION 1:  Select Local - Plain Paper to generate tickets and receipts formatted for standard 8.5 x 11" plain paper.

    OPTION 2:  Select Onsite Local Thermal to generate tickets and receipts in a pdf formatted for the Brown Paper Tickets custom BOCA thermal ticket stock size.  These pdf tickets can still be printed on plain paper, but you might want to adjust settings in the print dialogue box to print 4 per page.
