Depending on the type of email you're receiving, the process to unsubscribe may differ. We're here to help you find the right way to de-clutter your email inbox.
Mailing List Emails
The mailing list is opt-in, but if you ever change your mind you can remove your subscription from an individual list by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email. Your subscription for that list will be updated immediately.
Subscription Management
If you have multiple or duplicate subscriptions, you may continue to receive mailing list emails. To review or unsubscribe from all mailing list emails at once, fill out the form at this page: Manage Your Email Subscriptions
After completing the form, an email will be sent containing a link to manage your existing subscriptions.
Notification Emails
After purchasing tickets, event organizers may send you notification emails containing extra information or updates via their Brown Paper Tickets event listing. To stop receiving these updates just click the link at the end of the email.
We recommend that you do not unsubscribe from notification emails until after your event takes place because they can contain important event updates, details, and access information.

Still receiving emails? Try locating the email address of the sender. It's possible an event organizer may be contacting you directly.
