Create a Campaign with Mailchimp

Once you've signed up for a Mailchimp account and created a list, you can connect it to any active Brown Paper Tickets event. Please Note: Your Mailchimp account email address should match your Brown Paper Tickets account email address.

How to Create a Campaign with Mailchimp

  1. Log in to your Brown Paper Tickets account
  2. From the Account menu, select Manage Your Events
  3. Click GO! next to the event title
  4. Click the brown Promote icon in the gray navigation bar
  5. Click Create and Manage under New Media
  6. Log into your Mailchimp account
  7. Select one of your Mailchimp account's contact lists from section 1
  8. Select either of the the pre-designed templates in section 2
  9. Click Continue at the bottom
  10. You may be asked to log in a second time to Mailchimp
  11. On the Change Template page you may select a new layout, theme, or saved template - If you like to the pre-designed one, just click Next in the bottom right hand corner
  12. You'll see a mock up of your campaign, on the right there are tools to edit the design if you'd like
  13. When you are ready, click Save & Close in the bottom right hand corner
  14. Next you'll have the opportunity to save, schedule or send your campaign

    Bonus: You can make a custom URL to your invitation under Share Your Campaign or to post to social media
