Upload Attendee Info with Mailchimp

Once you've signed up for a Mailchimp account and created a list, you can connect it to any Brown Paper Tickets event. Please Note: Your Mailchimp account email address should match your Brown Paper Tickets account email address.

How to Upload Attendee Info

  1. Log in to your Brown Paper Tickets account
  2. From the Account menu, select Manage Your Events
  3. Click GO! next to the event title
  4. Click the brown Promote icon in the light gray navigation bar
  5. Click Create and Manage under New Media
  6. Log into your Mailchimp account
  7. At the top select the blue link Upload Attendee Info
  8. Select one of your Mailchimp account's contact lists from section 1
  9. Click Upload Attendee Details


All past attendees will receive an email from Mailchimp asking if they'd like to opt into your mailing list. The name of the list will be shared with them, so it's a good idea for the list name to be clear.
