Request a Ticket Refund

Due to the high volume of incoming requests in the wake of COVID-19, we are not accepting refund requests by phone at this time. Check our customer support status here.

You can find your payment method listed on your original confirmation email.

PayPal Refunds

For purchases processed through PayPal, please contact the event organizer directly to request a refund. Brown Paper Tickets is not able to issue refunds for PayPal purchases.

Non-PayPal Refunds

For all other refund requests, email refunds@brownpapertickets.com. Please be sure to include your confirmation number if possible.

Card Details Changed?

If your card has expired or the number has changed, refunds will still process to the account associated with the card used for purchase.

Account Closed? Action Needed

If the account associated with the card used for purchase is closed, please let us know as soon as possible by sending your order confirmation number and an explanation to refunds@brownpapertickets.com.

  • We will reach out to you to collect new payment details before we issue your refund.
  • For your security, do not send your new card number via email.
