Why Do You Charge a Service Fee?
Ticket service fees go toward our ticket buyer and event organizer support, credit card processing, and of course, wages for our stellar employees.
Anyone can set up an event on our platform at no charge. For event attendees, Brown Paper Tickets offers one of the lowest service fees in the industry at just $1.49 + 6% per ticket in USD (see our pricing for rates in other currencies). The service fee percentage stays the same, no matter the event size or admission price, and free events are always free.
